Questions from owners
Are you an estate agent?
No. Isle of Man Luxury Property is an advertising service. We publish your listing; you deal with buyers or tenants yourself, including viewings and negotiations. We never charge commission.
How much does it cost?
£200 for 6 months, paid once your listing is approved. You can renew for £75 for each further 3 months. There is no commission or fee on sale or letting.
Will my phone number or email be shown?
No. Each listing has its own enquiry form, and enquiries are emailed automatically and directly to you. Your contact details are not published, and we do not read, screen or pass on enquiries ourselves.
What can I advertise?
Homes for sale, homes to let, land and commercial property anywhere on the Isle of Man.
Do you accept every property?
No. We review every application and only accept well-presented property with good-quality photographs, so the site stays a showcase for exceptional Isle of Man property. We also check that you own the property or are authorised to market it.
Who handles viewings?
You do. You arrange and carry out viewings, negotiate directly and instruct your own advocate for the sale or tenancy.
How quickly will my listing go live?
Usually within a few working days of payment and receiving your photographs and details.
